Exchange Policy – BagHills

At BagHills, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by our team.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or special order products.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at  or call/WhatsApp us at 0321-1619185 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.

  3. Ship the product back to our provided address (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was faulty/damaged).

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange promptly.

ℹ️ Note:

We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges. In case the requested item is out of stock, you may select another product of equal value.
